Hope

A veil covering the entire face and part of the body. The senses inhibited, the landmarks obscured, gravity itself has no hold on this faceless being... and yet, we feel life, calm and all the fullness of a soul in peace, in union with the Whole.

Can we talk about Enlightenment? Somehow. In any case, this new work, so simple and so complex, is a message of hope. Hope not in man as a part of a society, a culture, a religion. But hope in the intrinsic capacity of every individual to abandon their ego, to make peace with themselves and consequently with the world.

I wish you for this new year the courage to gently cover your ego with a veil woven in the most beautiful fibers, the fiber of Wisdom and Knowledge.
